2. What do you mean by Enterprise Architecture (EA)? Discuss how EA can be applied to the case Study by discussing how
· EA and BPM (Business Process Modelling) is linked
· How a BPM activity may affect the enterprise architecture (Identify any one activity from any process and discuss the affect )
· How an incremental change to the EA blueprints impacts the portfolio of BPM processes
· Discuss how Value Stream Mapping/ model will help the business to grow.
3. Based on your BPM diagram discuss
· What all process segments can be identified
· What business entities are identified in the BPM?
· When does the status of each entity change?
· What are some of the attributes of each entity?
· Identify the relationships (if any) among the entities. (you can use ER diagram)
· Estimate the size of BPM (you can use the example provided in the Week 8 – Seminar Business Rules, Metrics in BPM)
4. In regard to the Collaborative Business, what are your suggestion for the following
· Identify the cluster for the business (any regional, industrial etc) and create collaborative environment for the case Study.
· Discuss the limitation for the collaborative business for the case study
5. In regard to Business intelligence
· Discuss and apply the BI to the case Study
· Discuss and apply Collaborative Intelligence to the case Study.
· Discuss and apply Quality Assurance Framework on the case study. (you can pick any one process, redesign and discuss the quality Assurance)
