The length of this report should be between 2500-3500 words.
The report should have an Introduction, a Main Body and a Conclusion, followed by references.
In the main body you should give information about (i) the Production process, (ii) the shelf life, (iii) the nutritional value and (iv) the cost of the product.
I expect at least 15-20 references, and that the majority are NOT internet sites but journal articles and books.
