1. PE Request: During this course you will work with a mentor to select a change project that management could undertake that would lead to improvement. You will earn 10 practice experience hours for this activity.

• Identify the change project topic and identify why it is a problem (provide details).
• Identify the stakeholders (both internal and external) and summarize the benefits of the change project as well as the benefits and challenges associated with internal and external stakeholders.
